Thank you for shopping at PurrSong. All orders from PurrSong are subject to our shipping policy, outlined below. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. Where We Ship
PurrSong offers shipping to all 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii with extra shipping fee). All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Processing
We process orders during our normal business hours. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. (Ahem, Covid-19.) If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.
Shipping Rates & Timing
PurrSong offers a flat rate shipping fee of $20 per order. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking info so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at support@purrsong.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
PurrSong is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities. Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
